All through the process, Renee answered all my thousands of questions, dealt with me changing my mind a few times, and still managed to deliver my saddle to me in time for my wedding day! The saddle in person was even more beautiful than I imagined with immaculate detailing. My mare, who has previously been very fussy with my old trick saddle, works like a dream in my new one and is happy and obliging to work. The leather is soft and supple and the saddle itself is so comfy! Thank you so much Renee for such a beautiful saddle, both Rella and I absolutely adore it."
